Introduction:- Level 3 Diploma Certificate signifies the ability to adapt and apply knowledge and skills in a broad range of high-level professional contexts. Individuals at this level demonstrate a sound understanding of work activities requiring a high degree of autonomy, often carried out with minimal or no supervision. Substantial judgment and decision-making capabilities are essential.
Registration Requirement:- Entry to the Level III diploma examination typically requires a pass at Level II, a Diploma in Business Studies (DBS), or a Stenographer Secretary Certificate.
Structure of Examination:- The examination comprises seven optional papers (subjects), each consisting of Sections A and B. Candidates are allotted three hours for each paper, with one hour dedicated to Section A and two hours to Section B.
Award of Certificate:- Candidates failing to satisfy the standards of the council in a particular subject (paper) will be considered to have failed that component of the examination. To qualify for the award of a certificate, a candidate must pass the component of that optional paper (subject).
