3. Steps to protect a document with password
Go to File > Info > Protect Document > Encrypt with Password > Enter password and confirm.
4. How to insert comments in a document
Highlight text > Click Review tab > Click "New Comment" and type.
5a. Function of Find and Replace
Used to search and replace words or characters efficiently.

6a. What is Page Break?
It moves text to a new page manually (Insert > Page Break).
6b. Steps to change page orientation
Go to Layout > Orientation > Select "Landscape".
