1. State the steps of adding a column and Deleting a row.

To add a column: Right-click on the column letter > Insert.
To delete a row: Right-click on the row number > Delete.

2. Explain Range and Union Operators.

Range Operator (colon): A1:A5 selects all cells from A1 to A5.
Union Operator (comma): A1, A3, A5 selects specific non-adjacent cells.

3. State how to use Print area command

Select cells to print > Page Layout tab > Print Area > Set Print Area.

AutoSum automatically adds a column or row of numbers using the SUM function.

  5. Print your work.
